Is this place new?? Don't remember it when I lived in Jonesboro. Guess that knocks out a Beale Street Music Festival Stop.

Can't wait to hit the Southaven show! I've really been hoping DMB would come back to the Memphis area since '08. This is great news!

Do both! That's my plan. 27th in MS and then 28th in New Orleans, it's only a 5 hour shot down from there.

There has to be plans for some other southeastern tour dates in between this and pelham. I've been needing a DMB fix so this is good stuff.

I'm still waiting for a D&T show to take mine to. She turns 6 this year, and even as rowdy as it gets there it isn't quite as rowdy as a regular show I'm sure.

Yeah, I think it was built in 2008.

Definitely not! We were in the stands at Dickey Stephens. The field looked too crazy for her. Although she did ask me last week if I could take her to see The Black Crowes...

Can't wait for the Snowden Grove concert. I am literally speechless at the moment. I would have never thought they would play there. Between seats and lawn it only holds 10-11K. Anyway this venue is right down the street from my house. You can literally hear the songs loud enough to recognize the words in my backyard when larger bands play there. How awesome is it going to be to have my favorite band playing that close when I am used to driving 8-10 hours to see them at Alpine and Noblesville. Thanks DMB for playing some shows in the South.

I grew up outside of Memphis and haven't been back in almost 15 years...what a better time and reason to look up so old school homies? lol Flight is only about $190 so now to see how long it will be before any other possible festival dates are announced.

I was only going to travel to The Gorge this year but when I first seen this news when I got home, the first thing I checked was a flight, so I don't think I'm going to be successful at keeping my promise to the wife of only one traveling show this year. LOL Is it April yet?

I'm there! If we can stay dry, April's a killer time as it shouldn't be too hot yet. Seems management learned a lesson from that 100 degree August show in Memphis in '08.

The question is, will it be the most standard, all-hits show ever, or will it be something a little special since they haven't played MS in 15 years?

Either way, it'll be a great time.

Also, I won't initiate a hog call, but if somebody else does, I'm honor bound to join in.

so upset. graduated from school in jackson 2 years ago. would have killed for this anytime then. now i live half way around the world. now they do southern shows.

I'll be going with my uncle. We've been to every Dallas show since 05. Wife doesn't like DMB very much but wants to do the Atlanta show if there's one this summer. Here's to hoping!
