Anyone notice in the opening credits that the Siamese twin toys are actually making out with each other? Shit is about to get weird there.

I don't know if I'll be able to handle this season. Clowns and me don't do well together. Holy smokes was that creepy. This season is going to get so bizarre I can tell. I could see this topping season 2 as the weirdest season yet.

- Episodes 3/4 are the Halloween episodes

- We see the clown's face and find out of his backstory during episode 5

- There are hints of next season's theme during the first two episodes

- They're working on bringing Neil Patrick Harris (and Jessica Lange back) to S4

That tripped me up as well. This season is going to be weird and creepy and I couldn't be more pumped. Clown on the merry go round was creepy as shit!

I was thinking that the one that is off stage watching the singer was her imagination of what she wanted to show and her to look like performing. When really it was nothing like that. Maybe I'm way off

Anyone who was able to watch season 2, let alone call it the best season so far, needs to let me in on what the hell makes them think that. Not only did it not touch season 1 or 3, but it wasn't good for TV shows in general. It was so poorly written it almost turned me off to the entire series. I'd go into why but I don't want to spoil it for people that will go torture themselves and watch the season.

Also does anyone remember what the hints for season 4 were in the season 3 episodes? I remember Jessica Lange dropping German hints, but nothing about the actual plot of the show.

Also I won't post it, but there are some theories out there already about season 5 now that Murphy came out and said there were hints in episode 1. I don't like them though because it reminds me too much of the worst storyline this show has ever done in the worst season it has ever had.

A whole lot of space references so far. Lange's last name is Mars. The song she sang was about life on Mars. The whole show takes place in Jupiter. The guy who she rents the field from had planets on his tie. She keeps talking about "stars" and being a "star".

Of the future ideas I've seen speculated, the two I like the most are Summer Camp (an obvious homage to Friday the 13th) and Doll House (House of Wax/Puppet Master/Dolls). Although they've already touched upon the latter concept with Spalding in Coven.

A mortuary or an orphanage are also enticing settings.
