this is dead wrong, in fact the majority of the worlds population, some say 75% are lactose intolerant. Calcium is good for you, milk on the other hand is not, minus mothers milk for babies. There are many healthier alternatives for someone to get the calcium they need, minus the terrible effects of dairy, especially homogenized/pasteurized junk that is swimming with antibiotics and hormones. If you drink regular milk, to drink organic raw milk...but the inflamation alone makes dairy a poor option.
