Wild time watching last night. Was nice to have that nervousness back while watching a Flyers game that kinda mattered. Had the Wings game on the other screen too. Unreal that Montreal blew games back to back nights late. And three seconds? Ugh.

BUT. Can't be mad at the other teams. Flyers didn't take care of business the last 10-15 games. They could have walked in to the playoffs. Good experience for the kids to be this close and miss. Should help them in the long run. Same as if they had made it. That would have helped too. Feel good about the direction the team is headed. But yeah. Real bummer last night. But I wouldn't have had much faith in the Pens losing tonight since the Isles had nothing to play for.

Annoyed that the Caps got in though. (Sorry not sorry Barbs ). But happy it knocked the Pens out. Again, wild night of watching.

I truly believe that the Rangers missing on the final day in 2010 losing to the Flyers is what propelled that team's core to 3 ECF and a SCF over the next 4 seasons. It definitely sticks with players. I expect both Detroit and Philly to be in the mix next year.

Hopefully the first-round loss to the Devils is stuck in the minds of this Rangers core and it pushes them this year.

Fair, you have stayed consistent here. Also, the Leafs have looked like poop for several games trying to get him that goal too. If he doesn’t score in the 3rd, the Leafs will be going into the playoffs looking horrendous and without a 70th for Matthews. I feel like we might be seeing some bouncy emojis from Bruins fans a lot in that case.

Pretty cool we ended up with two 100 assist guys this year, only the 2nd time it's ever happened. Matthews still edging on 69.

I’m sure yall have discussed it at length but holy COW was that a wild race in the East. I truly cannot remember one with that much chaos happening in the last 3-4 days of the season. Frankly, none of the teams deserved it but I guess I’m glad it’s my guys who got through

I don’t necessarily expect the Rangers to sweep and win every game in a shutout, as I’ve seen floated in multiple online places. The Caps have a weird way of being terrible but doing just enough to remain in play. See: the entire regular season just now

Charlie Lindgren is playing well enough to steal a game in this series. And as poorly as the offense has played down the stretch, somehow the Caps were only shut out once in the last 38 games of the season. You never know what can happen this time of year, but I know being in the playoffs is much better than the alternative.

Oh of course . We are all glad to have you back for the playoffs too! Hopefully it’s a good series (but not too good).

That said, you need to keep your Caps fans in check, just got off a YouTube preview video where a Caps fan was calling Gretzky overrated and non-skilled. I hope those are not the kind of takes from Caps fans we can expect all playoffs!
