Wow, those performances on SNL were awesome! First off, the Shake Me Like A Monkey was sizzling and I have to admit I enjoyed You And Me as well. Must be the long lay off from not seeing the band live. I though they sounded great and Dave's voice was sounding real good. Anyone still awake to discuss? If not, I guess I will go watch it again.

I liked the skit but they really could have used Dave's acting chops quite a bit better. The Ozzy was done real well but Dave grew up doing theater. Still fun to see.

Glad to hear the band firing on all cylinders and it just makes me anticipate Vegas that much more. I would be willing to bet that we will have a DVD version of SNL up on TTD by tomorrow. It just has to be converted, authored and mastered.

Yea Springsteen also kept saying "Hello Ohio" when he was in Michigan last week. That is the wrong place to make that mistake. At least Dave can keep straight where they are for the most part.

That is cool he takes crowd requests sometimes but he just isn't my cup of tea. I'd rather see the 2 songs from SNL then the 31 song setlist here. But that is just me.

I just put on "Live From Chicago" DVD and it just smokes. Opening the show with Last Stop is just so sick! Reprise and all. If you don't have this show, you should grab it.

Dave is playing the Chet Atkins model and there is some great footage of Roi. I love the aerial view of the drums too. I feel so proud to be a fan of such a great band and to have such a great forum like this with like-minded people (within reason I understand) to share my crazy ideas with. These Vegas shows are going to be so friggin epic! I can't wait, but I guss I will have to.

On another note, I wonder who the Raiders are going to get drilled by tomorrow (later today really)?

Okay, I will grab the lights again . I appreciate the earlier efforts from Emily but I still had a few hours in me. Still have on 12/19098 Live in Chicago DVD and I'm going to go fall asleep to that. Have a happy Sunday and may your football team win unless they are playing the Raiders (what's it matter, really). or unless it is that team reeling right now called the Denver Broncos. It is pretty sad when you tune into football Sunday and you have no idea who your team plays that day. I would rather just keep track of my fantasy team and I am tied for last. Pathetic.

When I was bored on here for over 3 1/2 hours, I had no idea that someone was lurking in the background, or I would of left the lights on.

Last two mornings when I went to bed, the lights probably didn't need killed because it was 5 or 5:30 both nights.
