EDIT: Back when I started college there was a 2-hour cruise in Lake Erie for the incoming honors students... some male a capella group performed on the cruise, and one of the songs they did was 'Satellite'. It was pretty swell.

This band called American Sideshow here in Austin covers #41. It's real sped up, and kinda strange, but kinda good. Seen that multiple times.


Probably seen about 5 bands cover DMB here in Austin randomly. No really random songs though, just hits like Ants or Satellite.

I have heard (in the minneapolis area) Roster Mccabe cover two step; and a good good friend of mine who plays guitar around the rochester minnesota area bar scene covers dave all the time, #41, two step, everyday, stay or leave just to name a few but the guys a genius on guitar so he could play any song you ask him to.

There's a band here in town that covers some DMB at Wild Wings.

There's a local musician who plays in this area name Rich Ortiz. He's an aquantence of mine and we used to go see him perform a few times a week. I would always ask him to play some DMB and he played Crash on several occasions (I don't think he knew how to play any other DMB songs). As far as large concerts go though, I haven't seen any DMB covers.
