Not their bosses, literally them. Or maybe Walt knows of a meeting happening between Jesse and Hank at a diner or something.

From what we can tell about the house, it doesn't seem to be quarantined or locked down like a crime scene, and it might not even be condemned -- it's just abandoned and gated off. The signs simply say "no trespassing," not that there's any kind of major hazard. Kids are openly skating in the pool without any concern for stealth.

For all we know it could just be that his family leaves (for any number of reasons) and before he disappears Walt himself paints Heisenberg on the wall as some sort of final monument to himself.

okay yea I thought that he said "I" as well, obviously those are two very different things. But the way I took it, Hank was so beyond pissed off in that moment of pretty much confirming Walt's the guy, that when Walt uses the consequence of breaking up family as a reason not to go after him, in that very heated moment Hank could care less if the whole family implodes, if it means he nails Walt.

granted, he might not necessarily feel that way the next day, or whatever.

Also, most of the evidence Hank has against Walt is purely circumstantial, a few drawings and the gas mask won't hold up in court against Walt, and Hank knows it. As Walt is also out of the cooking business, he doesn't have any current evidence either.

The only thing I can think of is Lydia or Jesse turning on Walt, the most likely option being Jesse, as he wants to clear his conscience.

Isn't it possible if local kids were going in there for the macabre effect the house has taken on the police would fence it off to discourage that?

I think it was taken for the investigation. I think everything comes to light regarding Walt, and what kind of monster he has become, and the look on Carol's face when she saw him was fear, not astonishment because she thought he was dead.

I like how Hank confronted Walt with lying about Marie being in a car accident, intentionally crashing his car so Hank wouldn't see the laundry and blowing up the retirement home and he barely scratched the surface of the things Walt has done.

First of all it was brought up that Walt Jr has already been established as trying to score beer, so trying drugs wouldn't be out of the question. The idea was that if Louis gets a hold of the blue meth and tries it with Walt Jr, and he dies from an overdose or something.

meh... still, not even necessarily looking at it as like a ladder situation. Plenty of kids try drugs, I'm sure there's enough that did something on the more hardcore end (heroine, coke) for even the first thing they ever tried.
