LT10 ABI is the best. That 41 with Tom Morello is also awesome.

Honestly no hate at all. I do enjoy it. I just like all the other ones I ranked higher more 😜😜

I can tell you this though. It doesn't bother me personally too much, but many people are very turned off by its mix.

I did read a few complaints about the mix beforehand, mostly that the crowd isn't loud enough on it. I think the band itself is mixed well, considering they are playing at Fenway which is notorious for horrible acoustics; it is for sure better than the Live at Wrigley Field album though, that mix is god awful.

I would assume if you're trading physical media through the mail (not copied, but say you have a physical LT10 and want to trade it to someone for a physical copy of LT6, that's acceptable)

But trading copies or the ripped files is generally frowned upon.

Totally agree, best version I've ever heard. Gives me chills everytime RR finishes his killer solo and Dave comes in with, "That's our blood down there..."

With the release of LT 39, it's time to update my list. I ranked LT 39 at #6. Not too shabby. I've been thoroughly impressed with this new release and it keeps getting better with every listen. Even if y'all don't rank all of the Live Trax, I'd be interested in knowing where you would put LT 39.

There's not a single LT I wish management never released, there are mixes I don't like, yes, but nothing I feel that management should regret giving us. LT10 was the closest but I've around on that one too.

I'd put 39 in the top 20, maybe top 15... The mix is just killing it for me. It's a good show with a great mid run, but it's not going to be rotated like some other LT's have been.

I seriously don't get all the hate for LT10. The mix is awesome, the whole band sounds amazing, Dave's voice is particularly good, there are awesome versions of ABI, Crash and Idea of You (maybe the best of all 3 I've ever heard), and Grey Street, DDTW and Two Step are also very very good, and both the band and the crowd seem to be having a great time. To me this is the best live release I've heard from this band. I haven't listened to all releases, but the ones that get mentioned most often to be the best - LT1, LT3, LT13, LT7 are definitely not as good as this one. Plus, how can a pre-BTCS be rated as the best when the best songs had not been written by this time.

I just bought LT 38 (SPAC ‘96) and LT 47 (Hartford ‘97). Enjoying the SPAC show so far. It’s hilarious how loud the crowd is between songs. Lots of “yeahhhhhhh Dave!”

It has gotten difficult to keep up with all the Live Trax and DMB Live shows, but we must be due for another one to be announced soon, I would think.

LT32 is the last one that's had literally no rotation whatsoever since the first listen. I have listened to every LT since then at least twice.

LT45 has had quite a bit of rotation, liking the new LT47 also. LT39 even if I don't listen to it from start to finish much, that Dreaming Tree is golden and has easily had 25+ plays since it came out. LT35 in spite of being very BWGK-heavy gets a lot of plays.

LT42 is one my favorites. The beginning of If I Had It All will make you miss LeRoi and Butch. 2007 doesn't seem like a great time for the band, but listening to that little bit at the beginning sounds like old DMB at their best.

43 (2004) and 47 (1997 w/ Bella) are my favorite recent releases. 45 is great too for a more recent show (2013)

I highly recommend 43. It is just a fantastic, high-quality show. Great sound, great set from a mid-summer 2004 show. Song after song after song is awesome. My favorite versions of Captain, Joyride, Crazy Easy, and Good Good Time are on here; and the Too Much outro is delightful.

I forgot to mention 15 in my list above. I've really grown to love the Seek Up from that show over the past few months.

Not sure on the # but the one from Oakland Halloween 98 is awesome. I believe it’s LT39. I am partial to 1998 dmb though. Also I love LT10

You really can’t go wrong with any LT 1-18 or 35 and up, the exceptions being 44 and 46 (generally stay away from more recent shows with the possible exception of LT 36 from 2015). Also 6 and 9 are pretty forgettable from the early LTs. One of my favorite LTs to give as a gift is 35, great performance and a killer setlist from the modern era. LTs 19-34 are hit or miss (many more misses than hits).

LT 6 is so underrated on here; double release with some amazing performances. Last Stop, Break Free, DDTW with the prelude, GiG with the long "hoe-down" solo, just to name a few; so many great performances there that people overlook for really no good reason, IMO.

Agreed. Don’t forget maybe the best released Idea of You and American Baby as well (that outro!). It may be my favorite DDTW. That prelude is amazing. I usually see people talk negatively about LT6 and I’m not sure why either. Are we missing something?

I think people are still turned off by LT6 being a venue release and thus a money grab by also being one of two LTs released in retail stores (Best Buy) more than anything. I agree they’re not terrible shows.

Just recently listened to this release start to finish and had the same thoughts. Might be my favorite DDTW of all time and of course that American Baby is THE American Baby in my book. Now correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the "audience/cheering swells" were artificially mixed for this release resulting in wild/misplaced pops in cheers. Is this right or was the crowd at Fenway really losing their minds at weird times throughout the two shows?
