Depends on whether it's mastered better or more poorly than the original CD release (which is presumably the source of your current "rip"). Sound quality is primarily a function of mastering (EQ and headroom), not of sampling rate or bit depth. Given identical masters, the 16/44.1 ("Redbook") file will be indistinguishable from a 24/192 file.

Ripping to high-res FLAC or like files, I don't know, but I do know of all-in-one-type mass-marketed record players that rip to high-quality MP3. Just google "record player mP3".

Yes.

Everything is taken from a "master". If your question is, Were they remastered from the original analog tapes? well that's a bit controversial, and perhaps largely semantic. AFAIK, both were "cut" from redbook digital masters. (Someone correct me if that's not the current consensus.)

Well that's probably not worth your time. I don't think anyone has suggested that the UTTAD or R2T have greater dynamic range or more mellifluous EQ than the original CD releases. (Again, someone correct me if I'm wrong...)
