So I going to be at a disadvantage here when I ask this because I don't care to watch a video where a man gets shot, but reading the description from the article it said that both angles showed it was clear that the guy had nothing in his right hand (his dominant hand). So I am confused as to where you are getting the "well shit... maybe next time BLM will get a win." attitude from

Literally NOTHING is clear from any of the three videos - the woman's, nor the two released by the PD.

yeah, and it's pretty clear that was liberal (not political, "extremely generous", well, and political) authorship.

because you can clearly see his right pant leg rolled up to his knee and the holster on his ankle.

you can't tell if he's holding anything or not in either hand. that's not definitive or not. shame on the author for misleading.

but as a police officer, who is there, he saw a gun in his hand or he wouldn't have shot.

and of course... there's the gun on the ground when the suspect fell. (also viewed in other pics)

so... yeah. case closed. "well shit... maybe next time BLM will get a win" is completely justified. unlike their looting.

wait, when the fuck is looting every justified?

Looting is never justified. I contemplated saying it would be justified if you know essentials were looted after a huge storm, but those rarely are the targets of looters

Does anyone else see the irony here? In the Tulsa shooting, the LEO did not see a gun in anyone's hand....because there was no gun....and yet she still did shoot.

...and she's been indicted on manslaughter charges, you/blm should be so happy that all of this rioting finally led to charges being filed

there's more than one reason for shooting as a LEO. reaching into a vehicle is one of them.

in charlotte, they saw the gun for over two minutes before he got out of the vehicle (as evidenced by his wife's video).

Is it customary to have a LEO try to break into a window with a baton when they are positive the occupant has a loaded weapon? Seems dangerous.

    Nice backtrack.

You said he wouldn't have shot unless there was a gun. In the other situation there was no gun. Use some logic.

I haven't commented on the Charlotte situation because without the type of video we have in Tulsa, it is difficult to judge. However, we do know that one of the reasons the CMPD was interested in Scott, was because he had some weed on him: http://www.slate.com/blogs/the_slate...ith_scott.html

It wasn't more "he was waving a gun around in the vehicle... and he also had some weed. "

Even licensed, waving a gun around or a joint. Which one would get police attention the quickest?

I'm sure some guy rolling a joint in his car, saw some LEO, and decided he was going to wave his firearm at them. Totally believable.

Can you answer my above question.

Usually when I see or hear of cases with guns involved, the officers create distance and find cover. They aren't on top of the vehicle and trying to break windows to get inside.

I just found that very curious.

Isnt there a conspiracy theory threat you should be in?

Walther recanted that "guess"...........and that was exactly what it was. A guess. In actuality, 79% of those arrested were Charlotte residents. And majority of the rest were from surrounging cities in the state. And those that have just had their pictures posted on the internet by the Charlotte police department (taken from videos and photos) for wanted for looting and rioting, a high majority of those are Charlotte residents as well.

So enough with the Soro bussing people in BS.

It is dangerous; everything on the street is dangerous. But if he's not coming out, breaking a window and popping gas is a good way to do it. You can't exactly shoot the window out. That would def be frowned upon.

Oh I would never think shooting would be an option. Just was puzzled by the positioning of the police during an armed man situation.

If it's me, I'm 30-50yds away behind cover with a long gun. And no rush. I'm hourly.

But hey, Monday morning qb'ing is easy and we really don't know much of the scene or if that was possible. Could have been a tight area, idk.

I think it's interesting that a guy with a brain disorder and a gun who is high on whatever he was on was waiting for a school bus.

Did he have a kid on that bus?

What if these assholes are burning down a city and looting because a black cop saved a school bus full of kids from being killed?
