I'm thinking it will drop next Spring. Perfect set up for a summer tour.

Wish he would continue in his heady ways and start doing two night stands at places (I know that's not possible with his fan base). Two night stand in Atlanta would be dope.

I wish he would go back to his acoustic and blues style, this country stuff he has isn't working for me.Listened to Room For Squares last night there's quite a few gems in there outside of the well known songs, like city love, neon, and st.Patrick's day.

Probably. Scotty Crowe is most likely working around the clock getting it ready That's his merchandise guy.

Would kill to see a two night stand at Alpharetta or even better at Phillips.

Alpharetta would be my choice. Much closer to me. They have some really strange merch on his site. Who the fuck buys JM composition notebooks and pencils?

Love Continnum, love Born and Raised and Paradise Valley was solid. Easily his three best albums, in my opinion.

You're probably right. I wonder why more people don't do the lyric beads like DMB. Obviously those have been successful for them. Mayer has a large female fan base I'm sure they would sell.

Saw him do his two night stand at Red Rocks in 2013. Epic.

Another reason why I love going to see Mayer. If you can't laid at a JM show then you suck.

This is the correct order. I was saying this weekend I need to go find my copy of Heavier Things. Very underrated album.

Walt Grace is such a good song. Easily Top 5 material.

I've never understood the love that song gets. Something Like Olivia & Whiskey 3x are the only songs from that album I can sit through all the way.

I LOVED Born & Raised. I would probably put it second after Continuum, but outside of that I agree with your order. Continuum is my favorite musically, but Born & Raised hit me lyrically in a way the rest of John's material hasn't. Plus I do like the more progressive acoustic sound that I think was pretty demonstrated in Age of Worry and If I Ever Get Around to Living (which is probably a top 5 Mayer tune for me).

But yeah, then Paradise Valley was a huge step back.

It's folk storytelling at its finest.

That song has stood the test of time as far as Battle Studies goes. My favorite on the album and works well in the live setting. I believe he busted it out a couple times on his last tour.

And if we want to include Inside Wants Out, this is how it would shake out.

I gave that EP a listen last night and fell in love with it all over again. I love that a sizable portion of the songs are just John and a Guitar. You can very much tell that it is the early stuff.

My Stupid Mouth is a fantastic tune. Everytime it comes on, i can't help but just bop along with it. Cheeky and clever.

Quiet is one of the most beautiful songs he has ever written. I will take that song over anything on Born and Raised or Paradise Valley.
