I hope Jake Abernathy comes back. The way they "killed" him off was to open ended. They didn't really show him getting killed off. More of a "show" Jakes in the water, then has a gun fired in his general direction and all the money tossed into the water. Jake could've easily collected all the money and fled town, only to return later. I hope he does return.

I watched the pilot last night. I like it, but I hated everything to do with his school and classmates. Fake, shitty ABC family type of characters. But Norman and his mother seem like a good duo.

I wasn't sure if that would actually go into that storyline or not, incest is a heavy issue for any TV network. But it definitely looks like they're steering in that direction. I wasn't sure how true to form this rebooted universe would be to the original universe. But they've done great so far.

On episode 2 right now. Saw this was on Netflix and am really liking it so far. So far, it's REALLY well done.

This and Hannibal are both fantastic. Kind of mad NBC moved the latter to Friday night. Might not make it past this season, which would be a real travesty - it's probably the best show on network television.

Watched the entire first season the past few days. This is a fantastic, dark, twisted psychological show. Can't wait for S2.

I'm on episode 8 of season 1. I will say the core of the story, the relationship and development of Norman and Norma, is just brilliant and intriguing. I spent some time thinking about Pyscho and how they are developing towards the events from that movie. This show has so much potential for riveting drama in Normans development.

I think it would be really cool to get 3-4 seasons of showing how Norman became such a monster, and then the series finale be virtually a remake of Pyscho. I don't think it would work well with Freddie Highmore looking 12 years old, but maybe a couples seasons later and with some makeup, he could pull off the Norman from the movie Psycho.

I'd like a whole season with him running the hotel on his own (post Mother's death). That would just be a whole level of creepy.

I think Sheriff Guyliner is onto Norman though.

All this is gonna get messy. Gill was banging the teacher who Bradley's dad was having an affair with. Norman killed the teacher, Bradley killed Gill.

I'm guessing Norman will get off the hook and somehow they'll figure out Bradley killed Gill and peg her with the Miss Watson murder too.
