I don't know if brash is the right adjective... I didn't really like how every song (I think there's no exception) is speaking angrily at this girl who cheated on him. I don't think there's any vocal delivery that really stood out to me (maybe the opener) nor a song that really carried his emotions in a very original way. Can't really recall a clever line, they seem to be all very direct. But maybe these kind of songs directed to a past lover just don't carry much meaning to me atm, I'd rather have more vulnerability (in both the vocals and the lyrics I'd say) than these lines spouted against someone. The best song was probably Solo tho, I liked that "I feel indigo" thing. You?
