Advice for someone who has never done pit before and is going alone to Blossom?

How is the pit there for that matter? Am I going to regret it over pavilion seating?

Scored 2 pit tix today for Blossom!

The pit there is smaller than most, but in my experience it was as good as any other pits. Just like all pits, the earlier you get there, the better you spot will be, but there really is no terrible spot down there. Do not lose your ticket or bracelet, they check them like crazy there! I walked back in after a bathroom visit and showed the guy my bracelet, he chased me down halfway into the pit to also see my ticket.

I got lucky and scored a Pit on the Live Nation app on my phone. It's a lot faster than having to type in that captcha crap to reload

Was in a production meeting until 10:10 :-( Still got pavilion, but section 37. Really was hoping to get on right at 10 and score better seats. Oh well, at least I'm in the pavilion and not at the very back of it.

Livenation is such a piece of crap. I went on at 10:00 exactly, searched for 1 ticket and it kept telling me there were no matches. Anywhere. I finally got section 36 row D. I mean it's not bad but why is it always a disaster trying to order right at 10:00?

Took me about half a dozen tries because I kept getting crap seats, and then I had two orders error out on me for lower pavilion before I ended up getting lucky on a single pit.

I should have figured. Wasn't sure if it was some way to distinguish between WH early vs general pit entry or something.

They can tell the diff b/c LN tix are plain, normal looking tix. WH tix usually have a nice background & a foil stamp on it.

I almost gave up looking for Blossom since all I was getting was section 45 & 46 then 2 pit came out of nowhere...but just as important, I got a parking pass. lol.

Hey folks. I'll be attending Riverbend with a group this year and we're contemplating getting a cab or going the Uber route. In past venues I've been to (namely, Alpine), it's been virtually impossible to get a driver without paying the driver to sit in the lot for the entire show. Even if inconvenient, is it possible to get dropped off/picked up at Riverbend? Thanks!

Dropped off, yes. Not sure about picked up. The traffic before can be a cluster with the theme/waterpark and casino. A lot of taxis will randomly let people out in traffic/bad places which isn't really safe but it happens.

If you decide you want to sit in pavilion instead of pit, let me know. I have 1 sec 13 row J (which is 3rd row center). My friends are all in the pit, and I would like to join them if possible

Blossom tickets arrived today! For all the shit that LN/TM take, I will say one thing: they still get you the goods quickly compared to the Warehouse. Even with the cheapest shipping option.

15 years in the Warehouse and my seats are right by the single you pulled on Livenation.

Two months of searching the boards and being online every day for "drops" and I still haven't been able to upgrade my 36D's.

I live right by Riverbend can't wait for DMB!!! Hope to see some of you ants, all are welcome to park at my house ( I have a big yard) and walk to the venue, its about a 5 minute walk.
