Pumpkin pie, mashed potatoes, turkey and stuffing. Also, not listed but my Greek aunt's spinach pie. It is amazing.

I'm grateful for a lot of things in this world, including family, friends and opened doors to go along with my talents.

Mashed potatoes (with gravy, naturally), and I'm thankful to be back to full-time employment, as well as the support of my family and friends for the time this year that I wasn't.

I'm confused...I am guessing that "dressing" is stuffing

The age-old question remains: What’s the difference between stuffing and dressing? Traditional wisdom holds that stuffing is actually cooked inside the turkey, while dressing is cooked separately and served alongside. Makes sense, right? But in my experience, it really comes down to geography. My family (from New York and Pennsylvania) never stuffs the bird, but we always call our savory bread pudding-style side dish ”stuffing.” Go further South, and everything is “dressing,” as I learned at my first Thanksgiving with my fiancé’s family in Louisiana.

I’m not sure why Food Network Magazine decided to call this one dressing—maybe there was a Southerner in the room. Call it what you wish; it’s filled with many ingredients I love—kale, fennel sausage, focaccia—and is definitely going to show up on my spread this year.

Easily Mashed potatoes but really everything is awesome. It's the greatest day of the year.

I'm thankful I only pay 35% of what standard rent for my area is. It's good to know the owner of a rental property.

If I had to pick just one thing, Turkey. That said, it's all fucking amazing, of course if cooked right.

Out of all the things my family has at Thanksgiving (which includes cheesy garlic bread, pierogis, and taco salad) I don't ever recall an apple pie being included. Might have to call grandma and request it

It's called stuffing around here, and I've never seen it actually stuffed into the bird.

I never get to eat Thanksgiving food on Thanksgiving. I have to go to my Mom's in the morning, where she makes breakfast. Then by the time I get to my Dad's, where all the extended family get together, they've already eaten.

    Stupid divorced parents.

As a separate dish, cooked either on the stovetop in a pot or baked in a caserole dish in the oven.

What's the point of going for breakfast?
Couldn't you just see her another day?

Personally, I'm boycotting Thanksgiving this year.
We were going to go to my husband's father's for lunch, my parents for dinner. Only, now they've both set up times that are too close to another & neither will budge, so I'm pretty certain we're just staying at our house (though we'll still make a turkey & everything, so we're not technically boycotting Thanksgiving, just all the bullshit that goes along with holidays).

And, my answer would be stuffing. And, it has to go inside the bird.
