    I think its all an over-reaction too. The state of mind is different now than it was in August.

    Theres more planned non violent protests planned instead of knee jerk reaction. The mentality is different this time around.
    Of course there will be a few that turn it violent but I dont see it getting super crazy.

    Who knows though.....it happened in August so I see no problem with them preparing for the worst now.

    This is also all assuming that their will be ZERO charges against him decided..... Im not so sure this grand jury will let him go free. This is a grand jury deliberation like no other.

    We all have flak jackets and gas masks for each already.
    In August the police were targeting the media....that wont happen this time, and I wont be embedded in the action really...we set up for international and domestic reporters to go live for their news bulletins.

    It'll be sad if the grand jury sends it to trial in a lame attempt of "social justice" or to appease the "community". All evidence points to a physical altercation and the witnesses are proven liars. Let the man walk, his life is already ruined.

    I agree with you, but grand jury's have been known to do that, to let a trial decide the fate.

    juries are all fucked. "justice" is a rare thing. all juries are prejudiced, especially when it comes to cops, ESPECIALLY in this case. he's fucked if they don't no bill him. first obvious measure would be to ask for a change of venue. like anchorage.
