Your 2015 Tour Plans (More/Less/Same/No Shows)

More. All east coast shows, possibly deer creek & chicago, & the gorge.

Seeing that my last show was in 2007, I have not been all that excited on a DMB show for some time now. I'm just not into the heavy Tim, driven sound the band has adapted to.

I will stay the same (3 nights at the Gorge) unless I somehow come into unlimited funds, then who knows! I would love to go back east to Bristow (where I first saw the band way back when) or another east coast location.

I guess this also assumes that the band tours. No reason to think they may not, but someday we will find out that they are finished. I guess they would probably have a farewell tour if that were the case.

I know this poll isn't near complete - the votes will probably go a bit either way as more people vote, but I would think that if this was a reflection of the entire DMB community, a drop of 33.33% in ticket sales would tell DMB we gotta do something different. Hell, even a drop of 20%.

Depends entirely on what they are playing. If they are playing the same standards, less. New album and/or digging deep in the catalog? More

Are you including the "No Shows" in your 33%? Cause those could some/all be washes for the several folks who have already said they went to no shows this year too...similar folks may have picked "Same"...poll has another error

yeah, i didn't think about that. oh well. it's close enough.

Even if I never planned on seeing this band again, ever, I would still post on this site.


In addition to there being entire forums on these boards dedicated to nothing DMB related, there are still conversations to be had about tapes and new releases and all kinds of other DMB related stuff that doesn't have anything to do with going to shows.

Don't know yet. Doing Tampa as always (as long as they come back), and seriously considering a Gorge run. Getting married in the spring, so Gorge might be our wedding gift to ourselves. If not, we'll see on other shows. I'd say if we don't do Gorge, we'll do WPB.

None if the setlists stay as stale as they've been. If they start to mix it up some I'd stick to the local shows. If the sets really turnaround then I'll start traveling again to see the band.

I would say I'd see more if the new album comes out so I could check out the new songs, but we see how well that works out for AFTW.

depends on college classes and funding for next summer. hopefully same but could end up with just the creek both nights and cincy if i am lucky. will do alpine again if they go back though.

Same amount. Went to both Texas shows this year, will hit them both again next year.

same if its a two set. More if its back to what it used to be. Don't dislike the new set up but just prefer the old. Good change of pace. I also am not one of the haters of this tour, so the song choice makes no impact on my decision

No gorge or hartford for me next year but WPB, SPAC Darien and maybe a new place, but I feel like it must be a two nighter. No 1 stand stand gets the epic set... Glad I made Hartford trip this year.
