Well my first attempt at using Ticketmaster from a foreign country... that was interesting! I got Section 1 row N until I clicked on accept and it crashed

At least with Ticketmaster Australia, it won't let you in if it's busy but if you're lucky to get in at least it will keep you in until you finish your transaction!!

I had better luck with N2 and got GA Pit straight away, got back to N1 and still managed to score a Section 3, but I think towards the back....

Absolutely no complaints... except for the totally heart stopping introduction to Ticketmaster which I wasn't expecting!!

Also looking for accommodation ideas in the area... maybe close to public transport would be good too!

I would google surrounding towns for hotels and rent a car. Public transportation stops running at either 10:30 or 11 PM (I forget which) so you'd have to miss a decent chunk of the show to catch the last train.

one of the nicer hotels ive been to. its massive. its got a pool and a HUGE dining area with a resteraunt. about 10-15 mins away with traffic. bring a GPS.

I just pulled a pair of non-lawn tix for both nights (uncovered N1, coverend n2) on LN. Tix are still available if you want to go that route.

I just got two lawn tickets for both nights and was wondering the best way to get around. I'm staying at my relatives in Braintree. Will the commuter line still be available after the show or should I just try to get a car?

Try to get a car unless you don't mind missing the last 4-5 songs. Commuter rail stops at 10:30 or 11.

Hey. I've got two questions that are related to pit ticketing. I purchased two pit tickets from TM during the public sale and purchased a third through StubHub a few days after for N2. I'm wondering if anyone knows how the will call works at this venue? Does it allow pick up before the event or only two hours before showtime? And to clarify, I will receive a ticket from TM and StubHub which I will then take to will call and receive bracelets for the pit? Once I get the bracelets do I go in a line and wait to get in the pit? This is my first time using will call and getting pit tickets so it's all new. Thanks.

My understanding is that you will only get a ticket from StubHub, not from TicketMaster. The two that you bought from TM you'll pick up at the box office (if you're going in to the venue it's on the right next to the front gate) the day of the show. As far as I know they aren't available for pick up until the day of the show, but I would call and ask. I'm guessing you can pick them up as soon as you get into the lots, then wait in line (that's if you want front row or very close to it). Once you get to the ticket attendants at the turnstiles, you'll have the tickets scanned, and they'll put a wristband on you. They'll probably put an X through the barcode of the ticket as well so you can't pass it off to someone else. Then you can walk/run/make a mad dash for the pit, they'll check out your wristband, and you're set. Hope this helps

That was really helpful. Thanks! I've been trying to read instructions elsewhere but the information is vague and it was hard to piece together things. My plan is to scope out the box office on N1 so I can figure out a game plan for the pit experience on N2. I'll definitely call the venue before, as well, to make sure I've got it all straight.
