It's definitely going to help offenses big time. It's just sad to see that the NFL knows fantasy football is huge for the game in terms of getting people to watch games even if it's not their favorite team. However these flags make the game much tougher to watch with all of the stoppage time. It really ruins the flow of the game.

On a separate note the Pats look really impressive in this first half. That first game against the skins they looked awful. Garoppolo has come a long way since his first couple of practices.

I think it has to. There has already been a lot of backlash from fans/media and it will only continue to grow as the flags keep flying.

yeah I don't know how cutting ridley would work at all. they're not gonna roll with vereen and james white all season you wouldn't think

I agree but it all comes down to BB. And if I'm Ridley I'm asking to be cut the guy is a 1000 + running back that has to live in fear of being benched all season if he fumbles which is something every running back does. He would be picked up in 5 mins if cut

I respect Mike Reiss a great deal and love his work, but his latest roster projection just doesn't make sense in certain spots. Why would they cut Ridley but keep Bolden? Ridley's the best RB on the team, and cheap for one more year. His 10 linemen seem a bit much as well, but that's just me. http://es.pn/1mHFLQO

I actually agree from Ridley's perspective. Guys like Gore, Morris, Bush, Ball had 3/4 fumbles and you don't hear the same clamor. It's tough - you obviously can't have the fumbles, but the guy is young and a really good RB, especially in the Patriots system.
