I was a loyal customer for 6 years but not anymore. I can't speak to anyone in America regardless of the time I call. Normally this isn't a big issue but they are trying to find a different price on trivago because trivago has it cheaper now. I've walked 3 people through trivago step by step and either they are fucking stupid or the website they see is that different. They keep saying they see some of the things I see but when it comes to the price, they conveniently don't see the same price I do after they convert from Rupees. I was told by the first guy during our half hour conversation that I would get the difference but they couldn't do it because the computer system was down. He said he put a note in and I called back the next day and they had no idea what I was talking about. After 2 hours on the phone with him, he said he gave me the difference. As of 23 hours later, there is still no refund. I tweeted at them and they have no US number. The first agents said if I call back more during business hours here, I could be transferred to a US worker. I did and the 4th agent said they can't transfer calls.

I want to set their office on fire. It's not even about the money at this point. It's just pure rage.

Odd. I have a direct number to a new Jersey call center I can try to dig up later tonight.

Are you trying to go somewhere in India? I've had the best luck and fares with india's airlines going through then directly.

Edit: found it, their executive office when i had a dispute this past December.

Had a gf who was from Georgia a few years ago and she kept saying how queso is a big thing there and that it's never done right in MA, not sure what the difference is
