Parking is definitely free. And for those that park in the farthest lot for the 'epic walk' under the parkway...it's honestly not that bad of a walk, so don't sweat it. I did Bristow for the first time last year and I don't know if I just parked in the wrong lot but JESUS was that a walk to remember. It's nothing like that at Holmdel, much easier walking experience and I've never thought to myself 'wow what a long walk'.

Are those lots easier to exit? I'd rather get on the parkway as quickly as possible even if it means walking 15 minutes to my car.

If you plan to head north... the ideal scenario is to show up 3-4pm at the latest and park in whats labeled "lot 3" that way you can exit onto the parkway north directly

If you plan on going south, then the bottom lots are your better bets.

Keep in mind, if you show up early, they won't let you park in the bottom lots. Only when the upper lots fill up.

Thanks, that's helpful. I'm somewhat of a new driver so I'm trying to figure everything out beforehand so I don't get lost.

definitely do lot 3 then (or try too if you're in a time crunch).

the bottom 3 lots get very congested because people from the VIP lots are trying to go south as well.. and that is the only entrance

I'm so psyched for this show. Usually don't hit this one because it's always a mid-week and we'll always do both nights at Camden. But considering the hiatus next year and the fact that Holmdel gets strong shows every year, my wife and I had to add it to our list this year.

Less than 2 weeks away!!!

you could, but you don't want too. going north then turning around at the nearest exit would save you time and stress haha

anyone familiar with how to get here and back from Manhattan? Looks like NJ Transit is easy enough to get there with a shuttle from Aberdeen/Matawan station, but only trains back from Aberdeen/Matawan are at 10:52PM and 11:59PM. Wouldve loved a train from 11:15-11:30.

This is what I did last year and it worked out very well.

And yeah, it sucks that you have to wait that long to take the train back, but by the time the shuttle drives you back to the station there isn't much waiting.
