Don't stay at the Super 8 on Chef Menteur Hwy. Stayed there for Jazzfest. Dirty room, air conditioner went out, they brought us fans, haha. Just an all around bad experience there.

How soon do we find out if we got 'denied', before public go on sale? I want to go to both shows but if I do it through warehouse do i find out in time for the public on sale, if someone could tell me the best way to do this I would greatly appreciate it.. thanks!

You'll find out before the public onsale. Confirmations will be posted Friday.

Seems so fast if the shows are still like 3 months away. Works for me though, I hate waiting to know if I'm confirmed or not.

I wish all the shows did this haha, request and confirm in 4 days. I love it.

They may be trying to see how quick these sell out to see if there is enough demand for a full D&T tour in the South.

But yeah, I wish they had a quick turnaround for the summer shows as well. That drives me up the wall waiting for confirmations and then seat locations.

The Warehouse ticket request period opens at 10 am ET tomorrow, September 24th and will close on Thursday, September 26th at 10:00 am ET. Warehouse confirmations will be issued by end of day Friday, September 27th. Requests can be placed at any time during the open request period. All members have the same chance at being chosen for tickets, the order in which you place your request does not matter. The general public sale for tickets through Ticketmaster begins at 11:00 am CT on Saturday, September 28th.

Delta had a fare for less then $200 out of JFK nonstop to NOLA. Not sure if this helps, or not.

I think the capacity of this place is actually a little over 2,600. When it first opened in the 1920's the capacity was 4,000, but renovations have reduced the number of seats.

Edit: dmb is good and I were on the same page. I was just a minute late

Haha I actually was reading that a few hours ago and just hadn't had a chance to post it. It will definitely be a small intimate venue.

I just called the Saenger Theatre in New Orleans and confirmed that the venue is roughly 2,700 seats.
