Will not know for 100% if its even available. Have 15 people that are interested so far. Need 20 for the suite. Everyone will pay the united center direct, so I won't hav to handle anyone's money. I will know the suite I have access to Friday or Monday. If everyone is happy with the suite location, money will be paid direct to the UC. If want more email me.

I'm N. Love the chance to see the band in between summer tours. Even if it is a single, very inconvenient mid-week show.

Good luck getting a cab after a UC event lol.

If you're staying in the city without transportation, I recommend pre-partying at the medical district bars, taking their shuttle bus (no more than $5 rt ) to the UC and then a quick cab back to your hotel.
Ummm Blue line Damen stop to UC is a good hike, about 2.1 miles. Bottom line -- there isn't easy access to this venue via transit. I live on the north side of the city and always just end up walking all the way back downtown on Madison (about 2.2 miles) then take the Brown line or a bus back up north to my neighborhood. The Madison bus is a major clusterf*ck at this time of day also but it definitely stops right in front of the venue.

I'm a novice obviously only been to Chicago a handful of times but can't you take the Blue Line towards Forrest Park and get off at the Medical District and walk like a half mile to the UC?

there are two blue line stops on damen. one is called the damen stop, which is in wicker park and 2.2 miles like the top person said. the illinois medical district stop stops at damen and I-290. just a few blocks away from the united center.

blue line to and from loop and united center is a solid choice. madison is jammed the F up around rush hour with cars, taxis, buses, people, yadda yadda. another choice, which i am doing since im pre gaming in the west loop on madison and aberdeen, is to take the green line and exit at morgan and lake

i wish the city would build a pink line stop for united center. its right there. just build the damn stop.

The Twisted Spoke on Ogden is a great UC pre-game spot as well. Insanely great beer list and good food. The shrimp po boy and deep friend bacon appetizer are fantastic.

Sadly looks like I might be changing venues...My wife seemed pretty intrigued about going to a show and wanted a vacay but didn't want to do mid-week and have to take 2 (probably 3 cause she wouldn't want to go back to work Friday) so looks like if I go anywhere it's to Toronto. If I had the money (and was insane like I was during college) I'd do both but hard to do that now.

"So this would be $100, or $175 with open bar and food? "

I believe he is saying you would pay about $100 for a normal seat in that area. For the suite it would be an additional $75 for food, booze, bathrooms, etc.

Twisted Spoke is a great suggestion, love grabbing food there before going to the UC. Westend is pretty fun as well.

FYI: got this in an email back from Warehouse on how they pick seats for members:

We run random drawings for tickets and have done our tours this way for 11 years. Once confirmations are issued, for the majority of shows, members that are randomly selected for reserved seating will have their seats assigned by seniority within the specific reserved level.

Going with Reserved 2, was originally going with 3 to save some money, but having been the U.C. many times, those are some terrible seats they would give you.

Reserved 1 for me too. Which probably means I'll be stuck with reserved 3 and trying to unload them and upgrade. Warehouse got sneaky with that this year.

Requested 4 tickets in Reserved 1 - the $85 seats. Hopefully I get all 4 and don't get clowned with the 300 level.... should be a good time but kind of bummed it's on a Wednesday!

debated back and forth between GA and reserved, ultimately went with 2X GA, I have to remember that entire floor arena GA is different from say the packed tight alpine GA pit. I can just chill back by the soundboard in an arena if I want to. Warehouse member since 2001 so we'll see what happens.
