I'd guess 10-14 songs set I, 7-10 songs set II

I'd kill for monster set II's. Something like: Seek Up>Typical, Warehouse, Drunken Soldier>Two Step, Ants>Halloween

Bump that up an hour. No openers so they should be coming on stage around 730 I'd guess.

Agree. 45min first set, 7-10 songs. Then short break, maybe 15-20min. Then normal 2+hour set starting around 8:30.

Wouldn't be surprised if they came out right around 7pm either and then took the normal break between opener and the entire band of 30-45min. Either way, we should all be getting our moneys worth at each show this year. Can't wait.

I still see them going on later, maybe it's just me but I expect the sets to be close in terms of length of time. I don't see them playing basically a full show after the first set. Plus, with no openers, less time for breakdown/setup.

I know from phish shows set break is the WORST 20 minutes to half hour ever.

You may have a more realistic idea of what will happen. I am greedy and want more. I bet it will end up falling somewhere in the middle. They probably play a little longer than usual, but not for much more than 3 hours.

I really can't see more than 8 songs in the first set. It just feels like first set is more FarmAid-esque in that it will be 7-9 songs maybe 50 minutes than after a short break a 12-14 song second set.

I think the most MONSTER second set I could dream up would be Seek Up>The Stone, Dancing Nancies>Warehouse>Recently, Two Step E: Ants. That would just be orgasmic to the 1000th degree but this isn't Phish so expectations are tempered.

I don't mind Squirm, I just wouldn't hope for it. Billies last year to open was awesome.

Yeah really, I guess we will see how it plays out but I'm sure people will be able to get away with it.

1. Very upset about this latest news. I remember the year they banned tailgating at Hartford, and the staff would barely let me put my top up on my jeep before going into the venue.
2. Funny how they make this decision in April/may, when most tickets are already sold for summer shows. Easily could've been up for a vote in November.
3. They'll realize their mistake in the next year or two, if not sooner

I'm seeing on the PNC ticketmaster site, "lots open one hour prior to doors"...so what time does this mean?

No one needs to get in earlier for WH pit, because there is no pit. I was at PNC last year, and I know I got there early, but I don't know what time. With the band going on around 7:15 this year, I'd like to get there even earlier.
