Ya know, something that there's no good reason for how/why it would actually happen to you or that you'd do, but part of you still can't help but have a fear of it happening.

For a long time now I've had the irrational fear of going to sleep one night and when I wake up, finding that I've been dumped in the middle of the ocean (particularly still in the middle of the night), just myself and nothing else.

well and I suppose also being confronted with a spider that's like 100 times the size of what a normal one would be. I'm not sure I can imagine a scarier scenario than that.

I guess being arrested for some unspeakable crime that I didn't commit, having absolutely no way of proving I'm innocent and being given the death penalty.

Prison.

Not like I have an irrational fear of being around them, like if I toured one I would have a panic attack.

I have an irrational fear that I'm going to end up spending my life in one. It's this gnawing certainty in the back of my mind. Like, oh, should I plan for my retirement? Nah, I'll be in prison, so no need to worry about that.

Maybe I killed a hooker or something when I was a teen, blocked it out, and that knowledge is creeping through my subconscious in this manner. Who knows. All I know is that y'all better PayPal me some commissary funds when I do go away.

When I travel I have an overwhelming anxiety about being in a new place and not knowing where I am or how to get anywhere. It's not a specific fear, but I have to have everything planned out in great detail as to where I am going when I arrive, who is picking me up, how to get to where I need to be etc. If the plan get's thrown off I get really nervous.

Oh an also the plane I am in just falling out of the sky.

You would hate travelling with me.

When we got to customs in London, this was the conversation:

Him: So where are you staying in London?

Me: I haven't decided.

Him: So how are you getting to London from the airport (airports are really far).

Me: I haven't figured that out yet.

Him: Erm, okay, so how long are you staying.

Me: Not sure. Maybe a day, maybe a week.

Had a few dreams of being involved in hit and run, and worrying about the cops finding me. That fear of committing a crime and have people looking for you

soemtimes when i take a shower and my roommate isnt home im scared someone's going to break in (but i wouldnt hear from the shower) and rape and kill me
