So what will you be doing this year on the Fourth of July? And are there any other pyros that love to celebrate our independence by blowing a small part of it up? I know I do.

    family reunion up my uncle's house in the country. relatives from MD, NC, and Las Vegas are coming in for the first time in a few years. should be great.



    anybody else party for 2 days? i get confused looks when i'm asked what im doing on the 5th and i say that im going to a 4th of july party. it seems that my family is the only one that parties for 2 days for the summer holidays.

    Mom, Dad and sister are coming in town. We're going to pretty much cruise Atlanta, and maybe go to Centennial Park to see fireworks.

    We went to this place called the Beachcomber. It was awesome. Fireworks going off around the entire lake.

    The U.S. National Beach Wrestling Championships are on Lake Ontario this weekend as well. -- I was considering competing.

    Ive been to Conesus a few times on the 3rd and they always do the ring of fire. Every cottage around the lake lights flares and sticks them in their yard. It lights up the lake and looks really cool.

    Homemade fireworks are a blast, I once made one that motored around in a pool and fired off a small rocket--pretty cool. Just make sure to light fuse and get away.

    Looks like there are only 27 American Ants. So where did you watch fireworks and how were they? I watched mine in San Clemente, CA, pretty freaking awesome even though it was kind of foggy tonight. Def my favorite holiday!
