haha i had the same reaction.

there's no video of sharks fucking or giving birth either...so now that we've got one crucial element out of the way those 2 are next. we dont even know where great whites give birth. that's what the show with the guys drilling holes in dorsal fins was trying to find out

Strangely enough, this isn't statistically true. They said during "I Escaped Jaws" that only 20-25% of great white attacks are fatal. I was pretty shocked to hear that.

Great whites really aren't all that aggressive compared to the likes of tiger or bull sharks, who are responsible for most human fatalities. well exploratory or not, a single bite is usually enough from a 15 ft shark that weighs 2 tons

I'm always uneasy swimming in the ocean even though the beaches I frequent are in NH and ME. I've been to New Smyrna Beach in FL (apparently 'the shark capital of the world')... I thought it was crazy to see people waaaay out there swimming and surfing while you can actually see spinner sharks jumping out of the water.

Try Bermuda, certain Caribbean islands and south american beaches where there is no reef or breakwater and you can actually see the damn dorsal fins!
