Great whites really aren't all that aggressive compared to the likes of tiger or bull sharks, who are responsible for most human fatalities. Great white attacks, as I'm sure we've all heard by now, are usually exploratory and because of their size they can tell we aren't fatty enough to satisfy them and usually stop after a single bite.
Bull and tiger sharks, however, have a much higher fatality rate because they will eat anything and may think you're a fish initially but don't really care once they bite you to stop and reconsider. Tiger sharks will eat garbage, you could fill the Atlantic Ocean with the fucks they don't give.
