i chose option 3, but it all really depends. if they went to a smaller venue, i'd totally support more acoustic performances. if they stay at the larger venues, i definitely want them to go back to their traditional approach for shows. either of those approaches, and i'd go to more shows next year.

if they repeat what they did this year, i'll only go to my local venue.

Nice idea but no thanks. The sax is such a vital part of the dmb sound. If you did the core 4 plus Jeff for set one it would be fine.

I like the two sets only because you technically get more Dave, they just need to expand on the acoutic sets and I'm all in for that next tour

Regular sets, just mix it up. I'm even to the point where I care less so much about 'good' songs and more about having no idea what's coming up next.

Well played, I wish more ants thought that way - i could see it tho the songs from the album would be in both sets - look at all the rotation they had with remember 2 things this past year after the vinyl release.

This year was on of the best tours, IMO since early 2000's - I loved the first set acoustic this year, esp with oddities like stolen away (totally bad ass song that getsno 'spect) but even more so the return to the OG acoustic stylee with two step (way less than the 17-25 minute electric) was great - the pep in the step of ants, wwys, recently, all those old treasures was magical at venues like deer creek (the SDL acoustic there was top five songe to ever hear live), not to mention there was some great covers (sugarman, take me to tom, slip slidin') just great energy from the band during the first set.

The electric set was your typical up and down kinda roller coaster stuff that we have seen over the past few years (certain venues excluded), but still a great fucking time - yea i wish they would play bangers all the way thru (aka mid set watchtower and two steps and all that old glory stuff they used to rip out in the mid-late 90's) but those days are done and their catalog is just too diverse and large to remember 150 different songs at any one point....not to mention beers sales go up with playing if only and crush mid set, just straight up fact!

I only went to three shows this year but if they do the #2sets thing again i will definately be attending alot more
