They actually do bring out a brick oven; they have a mobile one (they call it a trailer). They have a pic of it in the groupon.

When I talked to someone at he restaurant yesterday, he referenced the oven hitting 700-900 degrees.

Eat 'n park is one of the things i miss most of Pittsburgh. The closest one from philly is state college. my girl craves their potato soup, always gotta load up when we go back to pittsburgh.

i'd like them to be open later, but the reason they are citing for the proposed change is ridiculous. if young professionals are choosing where to settle down and look for a job by how late bars are open, they aren't going to be professionals for very long

however, with the lack of yellow cabs and the take over by Uber, it could work for sure

I agree that the reasoning is dumb. However, it seems to work in places like NYC and DC. However, H2P nailed it that public transportation would need to dramatically improve. At the risk of sounding prudish, Carson St is already a shit show on weekends.

Would this lead to drunk-er people spilling into the street at 4 instead of 2 or would people gradually leave places? I don't know the answer.

i think people would gradually leave. but who knows, honestly

i think it's asinine that there are no cabs in the SS or oakland and that the T doesn't run to the SS and oakland

would solve a lot of problems, including drunk drivers
