Yep you'll be good. Plus the most special Wednesday release they've done in recent memory was a Bright variant and a Curiosity. I don't think they've ever dropped a Very or one of the whale beers on that day. It's usually core beers.

Holy shit that looks like a long time in the car!

I might skip Kelsen and pick another brewery or 2 in central NH.

Any suggestions? I know next to nothing about NH breweries so I just did a quick Google search and picked the two highest-rated.

And yeah it'd be about 800 miles and 16 hours' worth of driving. We'd do it over 2-3 days, though, no chance we'd even attempt it in one day!

I've never had anything from them, but since you will be in Vermont anyway, a stop by Foam might also be a good idea.

Be sure to double check the days/hours those places are open. I'd hit Jack's Abby, they make really good beer and I enjoyed my visit there.

There's several in Manchester... Great North & Stark Mill (good lunch spot here also) are good spots. Able Ebenezer in Merrimack is good (their Burn the Ships IPA is the best 'smoked' beer I've ever had)... and if you're headed up to VT, might as well stop by Henniker Brewing.

That said, if it were me... I'd change the entire trip and go to Maine instead of VT if you're dead set on hitting Stoneface. Easier trip... lots and LOTS of great beer in a small area.

Depending on which way you go to VT, I'd throw Fiddlehead in there. I haven't been to the brewery, but I've had consistently good things from them.

I'd also echo the statement above. Try to get over to Maine, especially in the Portland area. Foundation and Bissell Bros are next door to each other and worth the trip right there.

Bissel Bros moved a few months ago. But Foundation, Austin Street and Allagash are still right there. All excellent.

Thanks for the suggestions, I do want to get up to Maine but we're trying to knock out as many of the major NE breweries in one weekend so a loop around the region is the most efficient way, in our estimation. Maine would have to be more of a one-shot, up-and-back type trip, especially from CT.

To echo... If you're hitting VT is 100000% worth stopping through Burlington. Foam is exploding and Fiddlehead makes amazing brew.

edit: Also, keep in mind when Tree House is open (12p Wednesday; 4p Thursday-Friday; 12p Saturday).

Ah shit, that would've been a Sunday stop. I also did 0.0% research and just threw together the list and route in about ten minutes.

From the Barrel in londonderry right near Kelsen is my fav in that area.

There are actually like 5 breweries within a few mins of each other right in Londonderry. FTB, Kelsen, Pipe dream, Rockingham, and 603.
