oh my god, that lot to the left of campbell's field is a nightmare. i've never seen a parking lot look at bad as that one did when i walked through it a few years ago. i cant imagine how many tires popped that night. i know i heard 2 or 3 just in the few minutes i went by.

Yeah I will be at both nights. We can figure something out.

and ya I been going to Camden for the past few years now and the sets are usually really good. I remember being disappointed with one N1 but that is N1 for ya. Saw one of the best encores I have ever seen in 09.

Hey guys! Argentinian fan travelling to the US for the Camden, NJ concerts here !

Chose Camden because It seemed like the easiest venue to go to if you don't have a car and wanna stay in a touristy area. Got a nice, cheap hotel in Philly's Old City (around $100 a night, which is cheap for a Philly hotel), near a PATCO station.

Anyone know if going to pit in the venue is worth it?

if you don't care about doing anything in philly, stay in cherry hill, nj. a room should be around $100/nt and then you won't be paying any tolls to go back over to philly. if you want to do something in philly, like during the afternoon of the 2nd show, then either stay in philly (and pay the extra money for a room) or add an extra 90 minutes to your schedule to sit in traffic waiting to cross into philly in the daytime.

i've stayed in cherry hill several times. there is nothing bad about the hotels there. they are your standard chains at regular hotel prices.

You will get mixed reviews on the pit. I thought it was horrible and traded into the 200s n2 last year. It ruined my n1.

can you walk from hotels in the cherry hill area to the venue? I'm going to book this weekend.

Hope to hear Warehouse this summer for the first time..been chasing it since '04. Hopefully this trip down to Camden is where the chase ends.

No you will not be able to walk from Cherry Hill hotels to the venue. You probably don't want to walk anywhere other than the lots or to the venue while in Camden.

not that I know of. If someone knows of a shuttle system please post.
Getting in is easy as far as directions go, can be a little slow or tough traffic wise. Getting out, in my experience is not as bad, as all traffic is moving one way...out. You do need to know what routes you need to take as when the exits come up you will have acouple of options and you don't want to take the wrong exit or go on the wrong route. If you are concerned about partying and driving, make plans as NJ is probably the last place that I would want to be pulled over.

If you are staying in downtown philly ummm how do you get to the venue using public transportation. I have a friend who lives down in south philly near citizens bank ballpark that i'm staying with and if he can make the shows he is going to drive there with me, but if he cant make the shows due to work then i will have to take public transportation. Is there an easy way to get there without driving?

    I am no expert on Septa or other Phila. Public Trans, but this is from the Susquehanna Bank Center website;
    http://www.livenation.com/Susquehann...en/venue/16465

As an alternative to driving, you may want to take the Riverlink Ferry or NJ Transit's Riverline to the Camden Waterfront.
The Riverlink Ferry has extended hours for most The Susquehanna Bank Center concert events. Extended operating schedule begins 2 hours prior to the concert. Ferry runs for about 1/2 after the end of the concert back to Penn's Landing. For more info and correct ferry schedule, please call 215-925-5465.

Take a taxi to get to Penns Landing. Again if anyone has greater insight please post.

The ferry is a pain in the ass. Go with Patco, you can pick it up at 8th & market, and you get off at broadway in camden. Take the riverwalk trolley to the venue. I walk back to Broadway (trolley gets stuck in traffic). its a short walk and have never had a problem. There are cops along the route. I posted the patco schedule on page 1 i think

Yes. It connects into the Philly subway and runs across the Ben Franklin into Jersey. I pick it up at 8th & Market, because we usually park there and eat within a few blocks.

you are going to be in for a BIG surprise when you see camden. you don't eat or sleep in camden, ever. do everything in philly or cherry hill, nj if you would like to live throughout the entire weekend.

pay very close attention to the map below. the blue on the left is the "waterfront" area. you don't want to be too far from the blue area. if you happen to end up parking in one of the side lots that are just to the right of that area, you will be ok as there are many other people going there, but do not stray far. the other colored areas will be ok because of the extra police presence, but DO NOT venture into the grey spots without being in a car with rolled up windows and locked doors.
