Ok, done with the reports I've been working on.

Going to have a cocktail now. I ordered some Bundaberg Australian Ginger Beer online, and it's actually pretty damn good. Way better than this corn syrup mess I had called Gosling's (of black seal dark rum fame).

Going to make a Moscow Mule with it. Had a Dark n Stormy last night with Kraken, and that wasn't too shabby.

Hmm...I'm not sure I fully get the hype of the Moscow Mule, but it's not bad.

Moscow Mule
2oz Vodka
3oz to 6oz of Ginger Beer
Half a lime (squeeze and drop in)



They say to use 3oz to 6oz of Ginger beer, I definitely prefer it with more. I'm using Bundaberg which is not a spicy Ginger beer by any means. I normally prefer my cocktails with the spirit as the lead dog, but Vodka and Lime juice need something else, so ginger beer works.
