I've been watching videos of the Joe Rogan podcast at different times when he's had Burr on, and I'm just in tears. The one story especially he tells of the run in he had with another passenger on his flight to Indianapolis the weekend before, that's one of the most entertaining stories I've ever heard.

"Why you going to Indianapolis, Bill?" Rogan says on the follow up podcast he should make a tshirt out of that

yea actually sorting of blending these last two posts, I would absolutely kill to see an animation done of the whole Indy flight story.

but it's funny, only catching up on all these older Rogan/Burr podcasts, because this most recent one I just caught, he talks about the Netflix cartoon and it's still a year away at that point.

    Yes.

Indianapolis story is one of the best. I also love when he reads his advertisements

I feel kinda stupid even asking this question but... the original audio of him telling the plane studio, on his own podcast (whereas I first heard what I'd eventually learn was a streamlined version, what he told on Rogan), but that when he references the flight attendant, he suddenly goes "the... LAAAAADDYYYY!" even sort of pulling away from the mic as he does it. I'm guessing that's just like a classic Jerry Lewis sort of reference? (particularly how it does it a couple more times and in sort of similar fashion)

And I can't claim this idea, I saw someone else bring it up, but I wholly agree, how awesome as fuck it would be to see Bill on Louie. I mean he's had a ton of different other comics on there over the years. Maybe even try to find a way to dramatize the plane incident into a whole episode, or at least the catalyst for one.

His story about the argument in the bathroom at a college football game is great also.

I saw him during the Wilbur run I laughed from the second he got on stage until he walked off.

Also Patrice O'Neil benefit went on sale today, burr runs it

What don't you like about him? I know some people get annoyed by how he acts like he is an "every man" but he is hilarious

His wife stinks on the podcast and I blame her for him not being as "mean" as he used to be though

Someone on YouTube made a playlist of all his opie & Anthony appearances, so fucking funny

Not sure about at all, but the story about him on the plane next to the drunk guy isn't really as funny as everybody is making it out to be, and I listened to all almost 19 minutes of it last night.

You sat next to a drunk guy on a plane then he passed out... oh man hilarious!!

    His delivery wasn't even good.

I liked that story. Didn't realize it was 19 minutes. That's off his podcast. Have you watched his specials? There are three on Netflix.

wow... literally couldn't disagree with you more. I loved both versions, the long and the short. And his delivery was even right on, it felt like (when things really kicked in) he was really re-experiencing that glee he originally had of seeing how far the guy was going to try and take things. In fact I think it's entirely his delivery that makes the story. Having someone else just telling you that conversationally, it could fall totally flat.

I'll be honest, I don't even recognize like half of the names on that list. I mean maybe I'd be familiar with their faces, but yea I only know Burr, (Colin) Quinn, and (Nick) Dipaolo. I'll take a guess the Kelly is Bobby? never seen his standup, but the guy who plays Louie's brother on the show.
