Hey Guys,
First let me say thank you to everyone who came out to the show. I know as a venue we had our problems. I've read everything in this thread and online and in the social media world and I'm compiling it all the present to the higher ups. Thank you for your feedback and I as a fan agree with a lot of what has been criticized.
Second, I'm responsible for managing the Social Media sites associated with Darling's and Waterfront Concerts. We are not too big, we are not a corporate entity, we are a small Maine business with a staff of 6 and we all take everything everyone says very seriously. It's our general policy not to engage people through social media. If there are problems we urge people to email us through our
info@waterfrontconcerts.com email (and yes I mange that too, so if you haven't gotten a response I apologize I'm trying to get through everything).
Again thank you to everyone that came out, hopefully we'll be able to have you all back again and be able to make it up to you.
