Show #32 and what made it so different...

Last night was amazing. It wasn't the rarest set list, which seems to be what we all hunt for as Ants....but something about last night was special.

I should start out by saying that obviously I have seen a lot of this band. In 2004 I attended my first show, and after 10 solid years of touring I have managed to see Dave a total of 32 times. Radio City, Fenway, SPAC...I have seen many song come back from the dead (Sweet Up and Down, True Reflections in particular). 5 different states, tons of different venues.

Even after all that, I have to admit, last night was incredible. The So Right was off the charts!! The set break was a nice change of pace, THE LOVELY FUCKING LADIES came out of no where, the crowd literally FORCED the bands hand to play an Everyday reprise, and to top it off there were fireworks shot over the Xfinity Center during the encore tease jam.

There was so much to it that felt new. With someone old. The perfect combination for an old time DMB fan like myself. It reminded me even more so, how much I really love this band. Cheers yall.

Jake is cool. Just a fan telling other fans about his experience.

I meet all these dudes at the West Palm Beach 2008 meet up, they get a bad rap but they are good admins.

Listen to Everyday on the album. Where do they sing Hani Hani in the lyrics? It's a #36 tease.

Haha, I was just referring to the fact that he hates The Lovely Ladies, Everyday, and 2001. Just saying he probably wouldn't have had the same experience as you. Looks like an awesome show though.

The almanac has always been my guide. http://dmbalmanac.com/TourShowSet.as...125&where=2014

Honestly if you had been there you would know why it was "Everyday" and not "#36". Everyday was what the band was jamming once the chant started.

Either way, the band didn't play a note of it. The crowd sang it, the Lovely Ladies chimed in a bit. The band sat back and watched in disbelief.

Just watched the video a couple times, and it sounds to me like the band was just playing the lead up to LBV. The crowd and Ladies are the only ones I hear doing anything distinctly #36 or Everyday.

Could not agree more Bartender1717! I too felt it to be a total comeback if you will. Fantastic set list and yes, the joy of the lovely ladies and the amazed look on Dave's face when the crowd took over! AMAZING!!!
