If you really want to label someone as the main antagonist or "big baddie" of S3, then it's definitely Prado. Prado not being the last one killed doesn't really mean a whole lot imo he still appeared in nearly every episode (the skinner appeared in maybe half the episodes), WAY more screen time (we hardly get to see or learn a whole lot about the Skinner at all), and Prado serves as a bigger threat to Dexter for the majority, if not nearly the entirety, of the season. Prado was the reason the Skinner went after Dexter in the first place if I recall correctly. idk though, I don't really see how that's much of an interesting observation at all. is the skinner much more sadistic, violent, and "bad" than Prado? debatable. but the guy is still nothing more than side character in the story.
