NFL Draft 2016 / NFL Offseason Thread

Draft Questions:

1. Will Tennessee trade the first pick / what is the price?
2. Which QB's life will the Browns ruin when they pick him #2?
3. How many Ohio State Buckeyes be drafted in the first 3 rounds?
4. Will a white non QB be drafted first overall for one of the few times ever (coincides with Question 1 n/r)

I think Bosa will put up combine numbers like a mid 1st round pick, and someone else will go at #1.

Pretty deep year for quality WR (in no particular order):

    1. Treadwell (Ole Miss)
    2. Boyd (Pitt)
    3. Fuller (ND)
    4. Thomas (OSU)
    5. Coleman (Baylor)
    6. Doctson (TCU)
    7. Shepard (OU)

Eagles off to a shitty start to this offseason with hiring Pederson. This trend they're on makes not winning the Super Bowl – and going 1-4 in NFCCG's - in the 2000s sting even more.

I really think this group is Treadwell in the top 5-10 picks and after that a bunch of interchangeables.

I'd take Cook, Wentz, and Hackenberg in the later picks/rds over grabbing Goff and/or Lynch in the top 15-20. Not high on either of the 2.

Brownies might pull a Bengals move. Draft a stud WR in the first and a Solid QB in the second.

Not sure how the cap numbers would play out, but someone who knows stuff told me SF might offer a Godfather package to SF for Mariotta.

I'd rather have Goff, 7, 39 and something else.

Mariotta is going to be hurt his whole career, and he lacks elite arm strength.

Much more concerned about his lack of size.

I've really changed my mind on arm strength. You can definitely build a system around average arm, but it limits what you can do. You need to have a top notch mind and complimentary talent to make up for it.

Goff doesn't have great arm strength either, but he's light years ahead of Mariotta in reading an offense.

Who knows what my god damn Eagles will do .... I just really really hope we aren't looking at a Quarterback at #13

I doubt Tennessee trades out of #1 because there isn't a QB at the top of the boards worth trading up for. The Browns can get whichever signal caller they choose at #2, and then if a team wants to trade into the top 10 for Goff, or Lynch then I think that is more likely than Tennessee moving from the top

Bosa or Tunsil are the only ones worthy of the #1 overall. I think Tunsil is the most talented overall but he's a fucking mess of a human being. So it's a crapshoot with him.
