I read that a few weeks ago. The article brings back many memories from a few years ago when the offense would tie/take the lead very late in the game, only for the defense to give up a big play or two and allow the opposing team to eek one out late. The game against Tennessee in 08 stands out to me the most of those situations.

i can't believe espn is showing the packers-chargers instead of the broncos. whoever made that decision has surely been fired. whenever i turn on nfl network training camp, it's almost always denver or jets.

There are more Packer fans than Broncos fans, and Peyton Manning doesn't generate the same press that he did years ago. Tebow has now eluded him.

the press may calm down after a few weeks of the season, but right now it's all Manning and Tebow. The Packers haven't been getting much press, which is good. Although this little Clay Matthews-Justin Tuck crap got a little.

My prediction for the season is 13-3 as long as Rodgers is healthy. I have no predictions for the playoffs until I see how they are playing at the end of the year.

So I live in Indy and Packers play down here on October 7th. The Colts are selling alot of single game tickets for the first time in forever cause they sucked last year and their season ticket numbers are way down this year. If I want to buy tickets for the Packers game on October 7th, I also have to buy tickets for the Bengals preseason game on August 30th!!! And the available tickets are in the upper upper deck and cost $165 each!!! What a crock of crap!!!

I thought I read somewhere that this is also the case in like Minnesota and St Louis where the Packers tickets are packaged with a crappy regular season game. But a preseason game?? Yikes!!!

Fortunately, my father-in-law has 2 Colts season tickets that he's letting me use for the game. I was going to get 2 more tickets for my Dad and Uncle to come down from WI for the game but I guess I'll have to go to Stubhub, Ebay or the TicketExchange for them.

Hope it works out for you and you get to see the Pack without getting robbed in the process. StubHub worked for me as well in the past.

I'm good cause I have my father-in-law's Colts season tickets so I'll be enjoying the game in the 200 level!

Up until today the Top 5 running backs in the North were all on the Bears and Vikings.

1. Peterson (if healthy)

3. Bush
4. Benson
5. Gerhart
6. Kahlil Bell

The weird thing about Benson is he's a very selfish player. He's not a big talker, but he seriously only cares about himself. I don't know how he's going to mix in with that Green Bay locker room. Just better hope the defense doesn't hit too hard in practice. He got real upset with the Bears defense back in the day. Cried to the media about it.

All I can say is we will have to see how it goes. It's probably an performance-based contract that won't hurt if he gets cut. At most I bet he hangs around 1 season.

Running game looked terrible last night. We need help right now and I would give him at least a little leeway. If he performs like he is capable of then we'll be ok in the backfield.
