    It was on an IMAX film several years ago, but I forget what it's called and I don't know if it's commercially available.

    Yes. Due to being filmed for IMAX, crews believed they did not get the audio / video they were looking for the first time around. I believe Dave explains it before the encore kicks off and it can be heard on audience recordings.
