That's what's been said. Tour dates 100% / Not so sure if any kind of album announcement will be made today in addition.

Wasn't expecting that at all, wasn't even aware that some might have thought there was a chance at this too.

My bad was looking at it on my phone. Didn't see the whole list. So stoked to see he's coming to Vancouver before the Gorge show. Looks like another four shows for me this year.

I'd better not get fucked up the ass for Bristow and VABeach again this year. Don't want to have to hit up the Citi presale.

Might not even bother with Warehouse this year. My two shows will be Mansfield and Hartford. Hartford I've gotten pits three years in a row on TM and Mansfield I always nail ticket drops.

Happy to see Des Moines here, but I don't understand why they would play an indoor arena in the middle of the summer. Good string of midwest shows.

They played Jax indoors last year - a/c maybe?

I have to say I never have the same luck some of you have going through TM or Livenation. Ever. I'm usually preparing a good half hour before they go on sale too.

Now the app could be a different story. I find using the apple store app to preorder the new iphone drop gets far better results than trying to go the desktop browser route. I'll have to give the TM/LN app a try this year to see if I fair better. I'll still go the Warehouse route since I also don't seem to have the same problems some of you have with them.

How much depend is there for DC via WH? Would it be smarter to just go through TM? I would ask in the DC thread, but the shows are the last thing they talk about in there!

It probably depends how you look at it. It's overpriced in my mind and it boxes out those of us who maybe can't drop over $1000 on a 2 night stand but want to be able to sit closer than upper (uncovered) pavilion after being a 15 year WH member. They're gauging the fan base, but I'm sure they make up the gap with the declining ticketing sales, so yay for lining the band's pockets.

That's what i was thinking. Was adding up the cost for everything included and just seemed like it was coming up way short on value

And I'd rather spend 1,000$ to see 6 shows than that much for one show. I don't have to be front row to have a good time. As long as I have a seat and I'm not in the lawn, I'm good.

I had great luck using the TM app scoring fantastic seats (lowers and GA) for 4 of U2s MSG gigs this coming July.....I also scored some solid seats for the Foo's at Citi Field with the app...

The app is the way to go ...its Very fast , all my friends who used their Macs etc got shut out for those shows...

Since U2 and the Foo's are in NYC this July , Im unable to do the Florida run...I was hoping the May Florida rumors were true..no dice...

    Camden X2 for me...

I can see how you could justify it, each ticket is $275

VIP Parking is roughly - $40 Bucks
Premium Reserved/PIT Ticket - (in my mind I would pay a premium for this) $135
    Merch - $100

The kicker here is that I would NEVER spend $100 bucks on Merch, its crap that I will never use. So for that reason I don't get premium.

If they were to sell just the Premium ticket and Parking for $175, I would buy that in a heartbeat for a show.

I will usually by a summer shirt or venue shirt, but I don't buy posters at every show, only if it's something special (local show, first D&T shows, etc)

    Merch - $100

The kicker here is that I would NEVER spend $100 bucks on Merch, its crap that I will never use. So for that reason I don't get premium.

If they were to sell just the Premium ticket and Parking for $175, I would buy that in a heartbeat for a show.
If i was able to pick the merch in the package, then i could completely justify it. But if they are going to give a fleece or something, then i still need to go buy a tour shirt, and will end up spending even more. Thanks for the feedback everyone!
