We just stayed at The Embassy Suites this weekend; hotel is awesome. Block and a half off Broadway, nice pool, rooms are HUgE, free hot breakfast, free drinks and snacks from like 5:30-7:30pm.

Agree with this. I always take the Merritt to 91, but then you gotta check some maps. If you don't use Waze, I recommend.

Also depends when you leave... if you're hitting Hartford at 5:00pm, there's likely going to be traffic no matter what.

Pretty much this. I've just found Waze to be much more useful in real time, particularly to help with alt routes. Waze is good for cops up ahead too
