I pretty much started off at 210 at mid-summer. Was 205 by the beginning of the school year. Am now 169. Want to get down to 160, but mostly in a toning effort and to lose the fat on my lower back (the last stronghold of it).

ive lost some lbs since college, and my shoulders, upper body and arms get toned fairly quick when I work out regularly..its that stomach fat though that sucks so much. I'm between 155-160 now and I'd like to get down to about 140-145..im 5'4

Try intermittent fasting, fasted training, and lots of HIIT to get rid of any final belly fat. It's easy to lose when you have a lot of it, but that last bit is the most difficult and it's not going to go away without a really strict diet and the right kinds of exercises.

I'm 215 at the moment, which is about my normal weight. My playing weight was around 230, when I start training my normal weight goes to around 205-210. Don't feel bad T-bag.
