What is everyone's opinion on Creatine here? I am getting ready to buy a new batch of powders etc, and wondering if I could get some input. I'd been going off of what I'd purchased last year in bulk, which was GNCs Amplified Wheybolic 60 (at the time, this was highly recommended stuff), and with it I got a free small sample container of Creadrive (looked a lot like
this)
Back when I did my creatine research (because I already knew that for the most part it just fills your muscles up with water, or so the stereotype went), I learned that it can be beneficial to take a small amount 30 minutes before a workout, as a workout aid. So not as a "take after like a protein shake and get PUMPED", but beforehand, and a small amount, like half a scoop.
Do I have the right idea? What is everyone's opinion on creatine? And if it's worth getting another batch, what is the best one to go with?
