First Let Down in 10 years

It's absolutely criminal this band doesn't tour more frequently. What a show.

Going tonight and have never been less interested in working than I am right now. I pray they do something as great as Let Down, Paranoid Android, and Street Spirit in the encore like last night.

    Here's a video:

Almost ruined by people singing along! (Though I don't blame them.)

Last night was fantastic. If I never see Radiohead again, the last song I'll have heard them play is Creep. And I'm 100% okay with that.

I went Wednesday only. Paranoid Android and Street Spirit are my favorite two radiohead songs, so yeah Tuesday > Wednesday.

My Iron Lung was still life changing though.

I'm on the other side. Only went Wednesday and was thrilled to get My Iron Lung, Karma Police and Creep, plus Reckoner is one of my favorite Radiohead songs. Love PA but that's the only tune from Tuesday I was hoping for.

I felt like they didn't really get cooking at Outside Lands until the second hour. That stretch of Weird Fishes, EIIRP > Idioteque and There There was awesome.

I liked Ful Stop, 2+2=5 and Bodysnatchers all in a row, too.

Thank god. Better be a huge tour.

By the way. Ill Wind (A Moon Shaped Pool B-side) is amazing.

Happened to be in Austin over the weekend for a football game and staying right down the street from ACL. I scalped a ticket at 7:30pm on Friday to go see Radiohead's set. I couldn't get very close obviously, but it was awesome to see them again. Fake Plastic Trees to close was dope.

Radiohead's studio work ages beautifully, though I will say it took me quite awhile to get into their new album. For me the first two tracks seem misplaced and ineffective as openers.

I enjoy listening to A Moon Shaped Pool significantly more with a rearranged track list:

    The Numbers
    Decks Dark
    Present Tense
    Identikit
    Ful Stop
    Burn The Witch
    Glass Eyes
    Desert Island Disk
    Tinker Tailor Soldier
    True Love Waits

I mean I can't buy it on iTunes.

Other non-album cuts have been released lately for the first time on iTunes, such as Harry Patch and These Are My Twisted Words.

Listened to King of Limbs today for the first time in a while.

It starts well, and it ends well (Separator is AWESOME), but it is my least favorite RH album by a good stretch. Moon Shaped Pool is aight, and Pablo Honey is laughable at times, but they're streets ahead of KOL.
