florabama is a must. cool little bar called the keg about a mile from venue. as far as restaurants go, the complete angler at the wharf right outside venue is some of the best gulf seafood you will ever eat.

youll love the venue and orange beach. the venue is right on the water with numerous bars/eateries/shops right outside. hope you enjoy it

Papa Rocco's in Gulf Shores - don't miss it. It's close...like 10 mins from venue if you're staying that way. Even if you're staying in Perdido it's cool to go to Gulf Shores for an evening since it's not far. Best Italian I've ever had and it's one of those hole in the wall restaurants. Also has some oysters and seafood selections. I've been there about 8x during Hangout/random trips to Perdido and it's fantastic.

Anyone headed over from Pensacola beach? I'll be there on vacation with the family and after the turd of a set I just witnessed in Arkansas, I'm thinking about heading over for the evening. I'll probably be rolling solo, but I've never had trouble making new friends at a Dave show!

me and my group will be down there around 3 and will probably just park in the lots and wonder around the bars at the wharf for a bit. will probably hit up the florabama after the show. maybe we will get crazy easy and shotgun again. hope to meet some of you fine lads and heres to a great show(hopefully)

the last show here there were a good bit of folks partying in the lots but most didnt get there until around 4 or 5. we got there really early and just hit up the shops and bars at the wharf. the lots are open all day so the potential is there but honestly the crowd kind of sucked last time
