About 2.5 hours into this and really digging it.

I think they've said about 12 words so far in that time, so I think I'm used to the jamming.

Favorite part so far was the Prince Caspian from Magnaball with Mike (I think) teasing Tweezer. Also, pretty proud of myself that my ears will perk up almost every time the music switches and when I check the timestamps the jam will have changed (although I'm sure that's super simple).

I am in mid-1994 in that jam spreadsheet too, it's pretty neat. I think if I had to choose 5 songs to hear at a show it would be:

Harry Hood, Ya Mar, Prince Caspian, Fluffhead and The Lizards. I really like Hood, I haven't heard one I didn't like yet and I don't even mind listening to 2 or 3 in a row when they come up on the spreadsheet in that order, which is weird for me.

Took me about 25 shows to get it, on 12/31/13. And I had tix to the MSG show they played it a few months ago, but sold em to ski in Canada. First world problem, but part of me wishes I had been at MSG...

the tweezer->caspian from magnaball is easily the best jam of the year from those guys. what a wonderful 35 minutes that was

hood's a great great great song. that said, IMO, its a shell of its former self since they came back in 2009. there has been a random version here or there that's decent (mansfield 2014 comes to mind), but the mind-blowing hoods all occurred in the 90's when trey still had the ability to make the peak just explode. i still have hope that it will come back in some way

Got my one and only Lizards at my third show. 7/2/10 Charlotte. Those opening notes made us lose it.

Just heard Blaze On for the first time, 7/24.

Chorus elicited an involuntary dance along and jam was fun too. Another favorite to add to the list.

Same. I like Energy and Yarmouth Road too. 2013 had some good tunes for Mike to sing.

So I don't know anything about the Cross Insurance Arena in Maine. Does anyone know why tickets to that July 6 show are so pricey (outside of being New England)? Is it a smaller venue?

Yeah...5,800 is pretty tiny by Phish's standards.

I know planning a tour is very complicated and there are a million factors that go into it, but why do they do this in New England of all places? You can get away with it on the West Coast maybe but there? Seems silly and a little too "exclusive." Isn't there an amphitheater in Portland or something?

I agree it seems silly, but Phish seems to like these venues. Mann in Philly is pretty small as well.

In terms of west coast, Bend is like 8K or so and I believe both nights sold out.
