Are there still tickets? I have no idea how well their tickets sell. I'd consider going.

I'm sure they are. I doubt it would sell out, but who knows. If I go it will be a last minute thing. I do want to though.

Same. If I find out I'm off work and tix are still available, I'll go. Just not going to plan for it.

Furthur was fun. A pretty upbeat first set that ended with a rocking Box of Rain. King Solomon's Marbles was the highlight for me, though.

Joe Russo is literally back there keeping the old guys awake. It's amazing to watch him.

Just got all three vault shows, without a net, and the definitive studio collection of every album made by the band. I'm gonna be busy the next few weeks.

Furthur absolutely killed Wanee. N1 was all jams and N2 was all the hits. All in all, quite pleased.

I really, really like the Grateful Dead station on XM. I fell asleep listening to it last night on Dish because they have all the XM channels on there. It was a show from Durham in 73 I think. Can't remember the date but it had a great Greatest Story Ever Told and Bertha.

May '77 run of shows (i.e. May 5, 7, 8 9) are all pretty much top notch.. plus that is around the time when audio engineering really took off so there are some nice recordings of that entire run

    Europe '72

2-26-77 - under rated show with the first (and maybe the best) Terrapin Station.. also the first Estimated Prophet as well
