Re: Favorite beer of choice?

Nice release at Treehouse tonight. Wish I wasn't 3 hours away with traffic. Maybe some cases of Very Hazy last through the night? Doubtful. Would love to grab some tomorrow AM.

Honestly though I just stick you Luponic Distortion these days anyways. That is the best damn $10 six pack you're gonna find anywhere.

I've had all three - I thought the 1st and 2nd were both very good and the 3rd is great.

I'm just getting over expensive beer. $8.99 bombers of whatever new fangled IPA is such a fucking ripoff. $9.99 for a 6 pack of LD is an awesome deal.

This place is opening basically down the street from my place in a couple weeks. Trying to get into the private opening.

Not sure if any of you pittsburghers know of Apis Meadery (they make great mead btw), but we know the owner and he might be able to get us into mindful's opening

Against the Grain hit my area yesterday for the first time ever. Picked up a 4-pack of Citra Ass Down and a bottle of 70k.

For anyone who's had it, is it usually pretty malty sweet? I was expecting more citra hops but got more malts. Almost tasted like the hops fell off and it had aged for a few months, but I can't imagine the cans sat for that long before coming to my area. Is that how it normally tastes? I still enjoyed it, just not what I expected.

Finally making an Other Half release after missing the last two.

5 can release, should have some extras for trade if anyone is interested.

20 mph winds, 50 degrees and rainy. Oh joy

Hoping it deters those who are on the fence and the line is shorter.

Had Mylar Bags Wednesday while in the city for work. So good.

One can hope that the weather will keep the masses away. Best of luck.

I grabbed a 32 oz. growler of Mylar Bags the day after the release. It was top notch. Hope they can it again soon.

Welp, long (expensive) weekend of buying beers. Landed with a nice selection, though.

Tree House: Julius, Doppel, Ma, Sap
    Bissell: Lux, Substance
Trillium: Sigtebrod, DDH Sleeper Street, Scaled Up
    Foundation: Epiphany
Other Half: Space Diamonds, Mosaic, Southernhopalistic, Smoke Screens, Surprise Me
    Grimm: Awoogah

    I'm done for a while.
