I did lawn in 14 and couldnt hear the acoustic set very well. Wouldnt do it there again unless it was full electric.

Ive done Alpine lawn several times, cant be worse than that lol. I dont do Alpine lawn anymore, but Im pretty good at picking my spot now at DC. Not too worried.

Looks like I have one set of uppers and one set of lowers for Blossom and St. Louis, not sure which plus parking for Blossom.
Hopefully I get some Blossom lowers.

That would suck if a one night place got a random night. With the pit and premium seats, seniority means less now anyways so to make a one night show random is an even bigger kick in the balls.

My cc was charged for uppers & parking. I had requested lowers, but it will still be nice to be there. Even with a 2001 membership, I've always pulled uppers at Blossom.

I joined in like October 2009 or so, so I really have no seniority of any significance. I joined right before tickets went on sale for D&T in Vegas and I pulled front row, center of the balcony for that show (12/12/09 - live release)....so that was my big "first timers screwing over the old timers" ticket grab. I have minimal complaints towards the WH, I just wish they'd stop throwing us all the way to the extreme sides.

So if I am unable to procure a parking pass, what lane do I want to be in if trying to avoid the grass? That's my biggest concern, especially being in May. I was able to avoid it in 2004 but not in 05 and 06. 2005 I was late getting there so...but 2006 I was there plenty early and still got stuck out there.

Without a pass, it's all grass. Right lane leads to pavement, if there is anything to purchase at the gate, that's your lane.

Get there when the gates open, stay to the far right lane and youll get a parking pass. Ive had 0 problems grabbing one right when I pull up the last 3 years.

I've never purchased a parking pass (this will be the first year) and have always parked on the pavement. The first year was around 2004 as well. The last time we went, we parked in handicapped so that was probably why we didn't end up in the grass.

It has changed a lot in 12 years. Live nation has discovered paid parking is a good revenue stream. If you got pavement in recent years without paying, you probably got very lucky.

DO NOT stress yourself out over the parking situation. I attended 6 shows at Blossom last year and every one was more crowded then the DMB show. We paid for premier parking for DMB and sat for an hour. They make you literally wait behind the general public parking. IT SUCKS!!! Every other show we parked in the grass lots (made sure we pulled forward) hauled ass back to the car and we were out in no time.
P.S if you are on the fence about going to this show GO this place is amazing and truly a special place to see a show you won't be disappointed.

This is true, but if youre out within 10 mins after the show ends they let a group of premier parking go out first, if not youre stuck, but even if you get stuck they do at least let more groups of VIP out rather than general parking. But regardless, it does suck. I dont understand how they justify it.

5:00 for WH Pit holders and 5:30 for everyone else, I do believe.

I mistakenly said gates when I meant lots. Was your 5:00 answer pertaining to lots? If so, not much tailgating time. Sorry for the confusion.

As a side note, the temps for Cuyahoga that had been there for a week just dropped.

Lots is usually 4pm. Follow the Blossom Facebook page, they usually give all the exact details a day or two before the show.

Oh - yep i meant gates to get into the actual venue, not the parking lots.

My series 4 temps are still there and full. Keep on going baby. Again, if I get lowers for 2 tickets in series 3 and FOUR in series 4 and get an upper single for this....ugh.

Last year I paid to park in the paved lots the day of the show, I think I got there around 430.
