I booked a room at the Marriott Residence Inn on Hibiscus St. In downtown WPB. Saw my first show there. Should be fun.

Making a trip to either WPB or Deer Creek this year (first time at both venues). Would be getting reserved seating. Anyone been to both and have have a recommendation of which to choose?

Just booked flights to WPB baby! Wife and I are making our first trip back to the venue since 2005 (saw 6 shows there from 2002-2005)... Can't wait to go back to WPB!

Was just told we're going down to Florida at either the end of July or beginning of August. I'll only be a half hour away from West Palm Beach, so I'd like to at least try to hit up N2 if possible. Tough ticket? Cool venue? Looks very open.

Will be first time there for us, as well. Gunna do a long weekend in ft lauderdale. I'm taking a shot with warehouse for seats and will work down the presale line if those don't come through. Looks like even uppers would be a good view.

I've also heard folks on here say they really like the lawn too. Even if we end up there seems worth it for the rep for great sets.

WPB lowers are tough tickets, pits even harder. Remember, you're headed to an area of great opulence and they think nothing of spending $400 a ticket for lowers. VIP is full of people who I wonder why they even fucking go.

With that said, it's a decent venue and with hard work, you can get decent tickets.

I've personally never pulled lowers in presale or general sale but great uppers. Pits, never.

For those making trip, you really should consider Tampa as a warm up. Gets you used to the fucking heat and humidity and frankly, it's one of the better mid week sets they do.

Really hoping to make it to WPB this year, but not sure if it's in the cards. If I do it, it'll probably be a last-minute trip, unless I win the Warehouse contest

Last few years we have met at WingHouse ( Tampa ) right across the street from the venue.

We are thinking of hitting WPB this year. I've seen some recommendations on hotels, but in general, is it fairly easy to get to and from the venue if we stayed downtown or closer to the ocean?

Last year we stayed on Palm Beach, several good resorts to choose from if you want some R&R between shows.
Called Uber & traveled over before the show, lots were very full so plan on parking early or walking from uber drop off area.

I have a townhouse about 20 minutes north and I have an EZ up.

Its Florida, mid summer, its hot, as hot as a devils fart hot and it's fucking moist. Well, now I'm excited

Anyways, we do tailgate. The lots are spread out a bit and if its not a torrential downpour with heavy lightning, we find each other. It's a good time. There's no organized Ants deal anymore, like there had been in past.

Winghouse at Tampa is the fucking shit. We stay right next door.... drive to WPB Thursday, liver swollen.

This will be the sixth tour in a row I go to WPB. Great tailgating, but it helps to have a tent for when the storms roll in.

Is there a "the place to stay" for WPB?? I am making my first trip down to WPB from VA and wasnt sure where to stay. I know last year the PGA did a special for AM....is that where most people stay or are people all over the place? Is there a beach vibe and a city vibe??
